I built ionbottles after bedtime, with a mortgage and young kids, after getting laid off in 2020. I coach the way I wish someone had coached me: one clear job a week, and somebody who notices when it doesn’t get done. I coach men on fatherhood as much as business; the steps themselves work for anyone.
